TYRANTS

We've been blind all this long
adoring the golden betrayer,
praying to an earth bleeder,
we've been lied to all along.

Oblivious is the love and hate set in motion, 
we're tyrants of time, yet we sit in depression, 
we mercilessly clean the defenceless weak,
our religion's a crusade to world's obliteration.

A union caused to usher in the apocalypse
all light has been disgraced, all hope is lost,
we've long snuffed out its whispering warnings.
